Tuna Scramble

Ingredients:
-1 can of tuna drained

-2 egg whites

-1 cup of spinach

-2 tbsp chunky salsa

-5 grape tomatoes

-2 tbsp Texas Pete sauce (optional)


Directions:
Spray skillet with extra virgin olive oil and saute spinach for a few minutes

Scramble in egg whites, tuna, spinach, salsa, tomatoes and Texas Pete
