Tuna Burgers
Ingredients:
- 2 cans light Tuna in water, drained
- 2 egg whites
- 1/3 cup (dry) oatmeal
- Liquid aminos-to taste (Fort Brag)
- Spray Butter
Directions:
Combine mix tuna, egg whites, oatmeal and liquid aminos in bowl
Divide and shape into "patties"
Warm pan to medium high and spray a few squirts of spray butter into pan
Cook each patty for 5 minutes on each side or until lightly browned
