"I had the opportunity to meet Brea Sharron through Cathy Savage Fitness. I was a new bikini competitor and about to participate in my first show. I initially contacted Brea for lessons to learn how to walk and pose on stage. Having never met her, and being new to the sport, I did some research I was completely impressed with Brea’s background, and honored that she would take the time to give posing lessons to a new competitor like me.

I can’t express enough how much of a positive impact Brea had on my first competition. She not only taught me how to walk and pose on stage with confidence, sass and class, but she also helped me prepare for the competition in other ways. She taught me how to decorate my suits, she gave me tips on tanning, and answered the many, many questions all new competitors have. She inspired me to reach for my dreams, but most important, she taught me to believe in myself. I couldn't imagine going through my journey without Brea! Thank you!"
