Sweet Potato Chips

Can be made sweet or salty!



Ingredients:
-2 sweet potatoes
-Cinnamon and 2 packets of Stevia
                or
   Sea Salt
-Spray extra virgin olive oil or Pam



Directions:

Preheat oven to 400

Peel sweet potatoes under warm running water

Cut sweet potatoes in very fine slices (I used my new slice o matic)

Spray baking pan

Throw in sliced up sweet potatoes until semi coded

Sprinkle cinnamon and 1 packet of stevia or sea salt

Bake at 400 on bottom shelf for 15-18 minutes

Flip or toss sweet potatoes and sprinkle with more cinnamon on the opposite side

Bake at 400 on bottom shelf for another 15-18 min
