Protein Shake Smoothies

Here's a few of my favorite combinations, get creative and try your own!

SHAMROCK SHAKE
Ingredients:
-1 scoop Isagenix Isapro whey protein
-1 scoop Isagenix "Greens"
-Handful of baby spinach leaves
-8 blueberries
-1/4 cup pineapple slices
-1 cup unsweetened almond milk


BERRY SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
-1 scoop Isapro protein
-1/2 cup berries (I prefer strawberries)
-1/2 banana cut in slices (optional)
-3 Tablespoons splenda/truvia or agave nectar
-1 1/2 cups water
-handful of ice cubes

or

JAVA SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
-1 scoop chocolate whey protein isolate
-1 instant coffee packet or 2 tablespoons instant coffee
-2 tablespoons sugar free hersheys syrup
-1 1/2 cup unsweetend almond milk
-handful of ice cubes


or

BANANA DREAM SMOOTHIE
Ingriedients:
-1 scoop chocolate or vanilla whey protein isolate
-1 banana cut in slices
-1 1/2 cup unsweetend almond milk
-2 tablespoons natural peanut/almond butter (optional if you want less fat)
-handful of ice cubes

Directions:
Blend all ingredients in blender until creamy
