Protein Energy Bites
Ingredients:
-1 cup dry oatmeal
-1/3 cup cacao nibs
-1/2 cup almond butter
-1/2 cup ground flaxseed
-1/3 cup pure honey
-1 teaspoon maple extract
1. Come all ingredients in a large bowl
2. Roll into bite size balls (I normally use two spoons since it is so sticky)
3. Refrigerate to set
4. Enjoy!
