Maple PB2 Protein Pancakes
Ingredients:
-1/3 cup sliced Bananas
-3 egg whites
-1 scoop vanilla (I use Isapro) whey protein powder
-1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
-1/4 cup dry oatmeal (I ground mine in my magic bullet)
-2 tbsp PB2
-2 cap fulls maple extract
Directions:
Combine and mix all ingredients except bananas in batter bowl
Pour batter on frying pan or griddle with non fat cooking spray
Add in a few banana slices
Flip when edges are dry
Eat plain or top with agave nectar if desired
