Get Well Soon Soup

Ingredients:
-1 lb organic lean ground turkey, chicken or beef
-1 onion
-1 zucchini
-6 stalks of celery
-2 oz spinach
-1 box DeBoles gluten free multi grain pasta
-1 can no salt added cut green beans
-1 can dark organic kidney beans (check label to make sure no sugar is added)
-1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes
-1 can garlic and basil roasted diced tomatoes
-2 cups V8 vegetable juice
-1 carton organic low sodium chicken broth
-1 2 cups of water
-3 cloves of garlic
-oregano
-basil


Directions:
-Brown meat and onions together in pan

-Cook pasta according to package directions and drain

-Cut up zucchini and celery into small pieces

-Combine all ingredients in crock pot or soup pot on stove

-Cook on low 6-8 hours
